I just wanted to say thank you. After a terrifying trip to the dentist, I came home to realise that my letter arrived. I took it with me to my desk and read it all in one go! What a refreshing read, I needed to hear everything it had to say. I feel so... accepted. This letter feels like a safe space. Thank you for sharing this with us, and your doodles are just so charming, some of them even made me chuckle. I feel so happy I get to keep this issue and call it mine. It's sacred.

Thank you for putting so much time and effort into it. It truly is making a difference in my life! Having the physical letter to read makes the information in it more concrete for me, and makes it a lot easier to actually work on affecting change in my life. My favorite thing about the newsletter is that it gives you actionable things to do at the end so you understand the problem but you also get to understand solutions and what you can actually do in your life to understand yourself better.

I really liked the newsletter! Having to wait for it definitely added to the excitement and anticipation, so it genuinely felt like a treat being able to hold the newsletter and sit down to read it. As always, I love the way you explain things. Informative in a way that's easy to follow, especially with the cute and funny doodles adding clarification and examples.

Today has been one of a series of bad days that I've had at work. It was about anger, which is what most of my frustration is at work. I came home to find this in my mailbox and I actually totally forgot I ordered it. I just read it and I love it. It's like my new favorite thing. I put it in a binder so I know exactly where it is. Unlike all the little things I save from you that are on my phone, in unorganized folders all over the place. I'm very grateful for you and all the hard work that you do, so that people like me who still struggle day to day can understand and have better tools.

Getting myself a newsletter subscription was one of the best decisions I've made lately. Issue two just arrived today and I've already read it twice.
